Take a look at the schedule for your specific project below to get an idea of what to expect. Throughout the project, I will email you with updates and guidance about when I need feedback and what is coming next and you can always refer back to this page if you need.
BRANDING
Brand Direction
Timeline: one day
Beginning of the session: We’ll start with a kick-off call on Zoom
1.5 hours in: You will be emailed your first design presentation via a Loom video & PDF
By the end of the session: I will send you another round or two of revisions based on your feedback. When you provide your final approval, you will be sent your final brand guide.
Essential Branding
Timeline: ONE WEEK
Monday: I will send you a kick-off video via email to get the project started
Tuesday: I will email your Style Presentation which establishes the creative direction for your branding.
Wednesday: You’ll receive your first full Branding Presentation with your logo designs.
Thursday: You’ll receive the second Branding Presentation with revisions based on your feedback.
Friday: You’ll receive your exported logos and brand guide based on your final feedback and approval.
Brand & Beyond
Timeline: three weeks
Week One:
I will send you a kick-off video via email to get the project started
I will email your Style Presentation which establishes the creative direction for your branding
You’ll receive your first full Branding Presentation with your primary and secondary logo designs
Week Two:
You’ll receive the second Branding Presentation with revisions and your third logo layout
You’ll receive the third Branding Presentation that includes custom illustrations
Week Three:
You’ll receive the fourth Branding Presentation that includes custom brand patterns
You’ll receive your exported logos and brand guide based on your final feedback and approval
WEB DESIGN
Landing Page
Timeline: ONE WEEK
Monday: I will send you a kick-off video via email to get the project started
Tuesday: I will email your Style Presentation which establishes the creative direction for your website
Wednesday: You’ll receive the link to review your website built on Squarespace
Thursday: I will work on your revisions, backend setup, optimizing for mobile, basic SEO, and user testing
Friday: You’ll be invited as a contributor to your website and receive custom editing tutorial videos
Essential Website
Timeline: two weeks
Week One:

You’ll receive the link to review your next two pages built on Squarespace

I will work on your revisions, backend setup, optimizing for mobile, basic SEO, and user testing
You’ll be invited as a contributor to your website and receive custom editing tutorial videos
Website & Beyond
