The first step is to fill out the inquiry form and tell us a bit about your business, goals and ideal project timeline.

Consultation Call

We’ll reach out to you to setup a consultation call to discuss your needs & timeline, and answer any questions you have.

Contract & Deposit

If we’re the right fit to work together, we’ll send over your service agreement & deposit invoice to secure your dates.

Project Prep

Once the contract is signed and deposit is paid, we’ll get you set up with your project portal and start the preparation process!

Before starting any project we’ll hop on a consultation call where you’ll be able to ask any questions you have, but here are some quick answers that may help before then!

  • I specialize in Squarespace website design and 90% of my projects use that platform, but I also offer Showit and Shopify in special cases.

  • Yes! In fact starting with branding before your website is the ideal process if you don’t have any already. We can discuss our branding package during your consultation call and you can read more about this service here.

  • The decision really depends on the functionality you need, and whether you’re comfortable making quick decisions or not. The website in three days is speedy and gets your site live so that you can add and refine as you grow, but if you want strategy, research and more in-depth design, the four week website is better suited for you!

  • Absolutely! I’m always here to help out with design questions or advice. I work with multiple clients at a time, so I just ask for your patience if I’m not able to respond the same day. I’ll do my best!

  • A business is an ever-changing and evolving entity, so I understand that there will be new needs in the future. I’ll equip you with detailed tutorials that you can use to make changes or additions yourself, but if you need something more complex, just reach out. We’ll discuss your needs and if they will require booking a day rate session with me.

  • During our project I’ll make sure that all functionality is setup and working properly, and I’ll do my best to help if there are technical questions in the future, but it may require reaching out to Squarespace customer service.
