This project is completed in a half day session, which is 3.5 hours long.
We will prepare for the session with a thorough questionnaire about your business, inspiration and vision.
At the beginning of the session, we will have a quick Zoom call to go over your project preparation information.
I will provide your first design presentation about 1.5 hours later.
You will provide your feedback via email or by getting back on Zoom.
I will provide 1-2 more design rounds, depending on that feedback.
At the end of the session, you will receive your finalized mood board, fonts and colours in a PDF document.

We begin with a style assessment to ensure we’re on the same page with your creative vision.
Next you’ll receive your logo design presentation, which is where you’ll see your first logo designs!
Then we send a revised logo design presentation based on your feedback.
Once you provide your final approval, your files and brand guide are provided.

FAQs
Before starting any project we’ll hop on a consultation call where you’ll be able to ask any questions you have, but here are some quick answers that may help before then!

We collect information from you before the project through a brand questionnaire so that we get an idea of what you like & envision, but then we use our expertise to curate fonts, colours and layouts for the primary and secondary logo. It's a collaborative process but we create the designs and provide direction.

Depending on the package you select, you will always get at least two rounds of feedback and a final approval. If additional rounds are needed, you can discuss them with us and we’ll make a plan accordingly.

After you complete your proposal, we’ll send you a project welcome email. This will include a link to a thorough questionnaire that will collect everything we need to know prior to the project start date. The questions involve business vision, structure, inspiration, competition, and more.

For Brand Direction projects, you will need to be available throughout the scheduled time to join a video call at the beginning and then respond to emails throughout. I will send you design presentations through a Loom video link and you can either respond via email or we can get back on Zoom.
For Essential Branding projects, we will send you daily updates and provide project presentations via Loom video and you will need to provide feedback within 24 hours. We suggest being able to dedicate a few hours that week to reviewing designs and providing feedback. -
It depends on the outcome you want and the budget you’re working with. If your budget is low and you just need guidance on the fonts and colours to select for now, then Brand Direction is perfect for you. If you are ready to go beyond just a word mark logo, want a secondary layout as well as a full comprehensive brand guide, the Essential Branding package is for you. This is still a great price point for professional branding as it doesn’t include extra bells and whistles like 3+ logo layouts, custom illustrations or brand patterns. Want all of that? Font licensing is not included in the project fee, however it is not required that we use paid fonts. You will be asked in your brand questionnaire if you’re open to seeing paid font options or not. During each presentation we will outline whether the fonts being used are free or require payment, and how much they cost depending on the license.
