After an easy-to-follow questionnaire, we’ve gathered all of the information needed to design your webpage layout, help prepare your copy, and gather your brand assets.
SECOND
Squarespace Setup
We apply your brand fonts & colours to a new Squarespace website, upload your photos and copy and present the first look at your custom layout design!
THIRD
Refinement & Testing
We address final design notes, refining the site for mobile, finalizing basic SEO, testing functionality and wrapping up details for launch!

Before starting any project we’ll hop on a consultation call where you’ll be able to ask any questions you have, but here are some quick answers that may help before then!

I specialize in Squarespace website design and 90% of my projects use that platform, but I also offer Showit and Shopify in special cases.

Web design packages do not include brand direction or logo design, so if you do not already have your branding done, we can add on one of our design packages here! I highly recommend getting brand photography done prior to working on your website project as well.

We send you a questionnaire that asks you to provide information about your business in plain, clear language, and we take that and use AI to help write the copy for your website. We will proofread and use our expertise to edit the copy, and you will be able to make edits as well.

This package includes two rounds of revisions and one final approval. We find this is usually sufficient for our clients but you are also welcome to book additional time with us through Day Rates to finalize any remaining larger edits.

We typically take a 50% deposit to book your project and require the remaining 50% upon project completion. However, alternate payment plans can be discussed if needed.

The project itself takes one week, but the preparation process begins as soon as you sign your contract and pay your deposit. We recommend scheduling your project at least two weeks out so that you have time to answer our questionnaire and gather your brand assets, photos and inspiration.

Either works! If you’ve already started your account and purchased your domain, I will just need to be added to your website as a contributor. If you need our support starting the Squarespace account, that’s no problem and we can walk you through the domain purchase as well.

A business is an ever-changing and evolving entity, so I understand that there will be new needs in the future. I’ll equip you with detailed tutorials that you can use to make changes or additions yourself, but if you need something more complex, just reach out. We’ll discuss your needs and if they will require booking a day rate session with me.

During our project I’ll make sure that all functionality is setup and working properly, and I’ll do my best to help if there are technical questions in the future, but it may require reaching out to Squarespace customer service.

You will have custom video tutorials to show you how to edit the site yourself but you can always email me with questions as they arise. If you need more significant support after launch, we can book a Day Rate.
