Your solution
Day rates allow you to schedule a chunk of time with a designer on our team where we’ll spend between 2-6.5 hours solely on your project. You only have to focus on giving feedback and revisions during that dedicated time, not ongoing for days or weeks. You get to check a bunch of small items or one big one of your list and move on in your business.

2 hours
Speed Sessions
For the quick tweaks, a handful of social media templates or presentation templates, this is the shortest amount of time offered, and is usually best for repeat clients whose style and goals we know well.

Final deliverables will be completed and delivered by the end of the scheduled day

Each session requires a discussion beforehand to figure out complexity, but here are some examples of what can be done in a Speed Session:

Half Day Sessions
These sessions are great for first time clients with a small list of new designs needed or a specific project to complete in a morning or afternoon.

3.5 hours of dedicated design time
Task list will be discussed and approved before our session
Final deliverables will be completed and delivered by the end of the scheduled day

Full Day Sessions
The longest day rate session is ideal for someone with a larger list of design tasks or a bigger project that they’re able to spend the full day focused on completing.

The first step is to click the button below to fill out the inquiry form and tell us a bit about your business, goals and ideal project timeline.

Consultation Call
We’ll reach out to you to setup a consultation call to further discuss your needs & timeline, and answer any questions you may have.

Contract & Deposit
If we’re the right fit to work together, we’ll send over your service agreement & booking link so that you can request your design date.
4
Project Prep
Once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid, you’ll receive an email with all of the information to collect before our session.
FAQs
Before starting any project we’ll hop on a consultation call where you’ll be able to ask any questions you have, but here are some quick answers that may help before then!

A consultation call is always the first step so that we can get a good understanding of your needs and recommend an appropriate length of time. Over time our repeat clients get a better idea of what we can get done and they can decide which session they need without a call.

We’re very mindful of time as we work and do everything we can to get the deliverables done. Sometimes if there is more feedback or revisions than expected it can require additional sessions, but if we need to spend a little extra time to complete things just due to my own speed, we will do that without extra charge. You can also select to add additional time to your session depending on the designer’s availability for an additional $150 / hour.

Our day rate sessions are generally booking about 2-3 weeks out, and once you inquire with us we will provide a link that will show our availability whenever you’re interested.

We can customize the design of a website using day rates, but what we cannot promise is in-depth strategy, copywriting, functionality or SEO during that time. If you want more comprehensive web design support, you’ll want to check out our website design offerings.

We can create a text-based primary logo and establish a colour palette, but If you want more comprehensive brand strategy, secondary logo and brand guide we have a branding package add-on that we’re happy to discuss if you’d like to inquire here.

We’ll have a Zoom call at the beginning of the session but then after that we just request that you’re available to answer emails to review and provide feedback throughout the rest of the scheduled session. There will be chunks of time when we’re designing that you will be free to do other things, but as you can imagine if there’s a long delay in providing feedback, we cannot guarantee we’ll get everything done by the end of the session.
